30-Day Free Returns
We proudly offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused or gently used.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost.

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
